We had the great fortune to sit with Ricky Medlocke at this year's Mississippi Music Foundation Awards Ceremony. We talked about his career in music, his time with Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the band's upcoming 50th-anniversary tour. Medlocke also discusses his lifelong passion for music and his early beginnings playing a miniature banjo on TV with his grandfather at the age of three.
We want to thank TJ Cates, Jill Santibanez, Dave Young, and the whole foundation for inviting us to film at the show. And of course, a BIG thank you to Rickey Medlocke for taking the time to sit with us at our podcast booth.
This was a very special day for the TRS family.
